Originally known as jasdeepsjourney, a blog I summoned the courage to start in 2019, this personal exploration blossomed into Breathe Love Nourish—a space where every breath extends an invitation to embrace love and nourish your entire being. In 2021, amid life’s ebb and flow, ‘Breathe, Love, Nourish’ became my mantra for navigating life’s intricate tapestry and embracing the beauty of the present.

It all began at a time when I felt overwhelmed, confused, and lost in life. Unable to sleep, drowning in emotions, I almost couldn’t breathe while crying in my room, contemplating the twists and turns of my life. Drawing from years of courage-building that led to the creation of my blog, I yearned to do something more. That night, in the midst of emotional turmoil, Breathe Love Nourish was born. I told myself that by simply breathing, infusing love into every aspect of my life, and focusing on activities that would nourish my mind, body, soul, and heart, I’d work towards creating a state of overall wellness. Breathe, Love, Nourish is more than words; they embody a philosophy that became my compass. In moments of uncertainty, they provided clarity and simplicity, making profound improvements in my well-being.

The turning point arrived on my 30th birthday, surrounded by dear friends. Charlee, my friend from Hawaii, ignited the spark to intertwine my passions, birthing the vision of Breathe Love Nourish holistic wellness retreats. In the wake of ‘Breathe Love Nourish’ finding its roots in 2019, initially envisioned solely for blogging, a profound calling surged from within, compelling me to delve even deeper into the realm of well-being.

Embarking on a journey into comprehensive wellness, I combined my passion, talents, skills, and knowledge to share the gift of well-being. Beyond retreats, I explored diverse facets aligning with my aspirations, laying the foundation for what Breathe Love Nourish is becoming: a venture that encompasses corporate and private yoga and wellness, holistic wellness retreats, and a dedicated wellness blog.
